Spacious rooms with stunning harbor views. Pool was nice, but finding parking was really confusing and annoying.

Spacious rooms with great harbor views. Liked the tennis courts and pool access. Was disappointed there were no late-night dining options and parking costs add up.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean atmosphere that made us feel at ease. The bed was plush, ensuring a good night's sleep. Temperature control worked perfectly, allowing us to set our ideal comfort level. Noise levels were minimal, creating a peaceful environment. The view of the harbor was a definite highlight. The bathroom featured a powerful shower that got nicely hot. My children enjoyed the pool, despite its smaller size. While the room layout was impressive, prompt check-in could have enhanced our overall experience. The combination of space and comfort was a true standout.

Totally freaked out! They moved me, but I felt uneasy the rest of my stay. Definitely not the experience I expected.

During my stay, I found the hotel to be a fantastic base for exploring the vibrant Inner Harbor area, with key attractions like the Maryland Science Center just a short 5-minute walk away, and places like Oriole Park at Camden Yards and the Baltimore Museum of Industry only around a 20-minute stroll, making it great for weekend wanderers like myself; additionally, the hotel offers spacious, comfortable rooms and a lovely pool, but some hotel services could use improvement, particularly in areas like early check-in and communication.

Perfect location, right by the harbor and a quick walk to Camden Yards. Staff is exceptional. Tony, the bellman, brightened every entrance with his smile. The harbor view from my room was stunning. space for improvement exists. Damaged box springs and walls show neglect. A door that doesn’t close automatically? Frustrating. Comfy beds and a luxurious bathroom made for a relaxing stay, but I expected breakfast to be included, not an extra charge. Coffee options were subpar; a better brand and real cream would elevate the experience. Check-in delays impacted our plans to attend a game. Communication about parking validation is crucial. Will I return? Yes, but with certain expectations clearly stated.

The staff is super welcoming and really knows their stuff. I also loved the view from my room—it was absolutely stunning, plus the valet guys are simply awesome.
Parking security is definitely lacking.

Enjoyed my time at the Royal Sonesta Harbor Court Baltimore with spacious, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The on-site cafe served delicious breakfast, and the pool was warm and clean, though lacking a shallow end. Parking experience could be improved, but the overall ambiance was lovely.

My friends and I had a blast exploring Baltimore's M&T Stadium and Camden Yards, and the hotel's waterfront location made it easy to get around. The overall vibe was upscale and chill, perfect for a fun young getaway.
We wished there was a more lively nightlife scene nearby for us young party animals to keep the energy going after a day of sightseeing.

The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help us. The kids had a blast at the pool, and the rooms were spacious and clean.
It wasn’t the cheapest stay, but it's worth it for a family outing.

The executive king suite was spacious and offered stunning views. The bathroom impressed with a large tub and shower. Enjoying the pool and gym with my daughters was a highlight. a homeless man startled me outside my room, raising serious safety concerns. Check-in was smooth, but poor communication caused chaos regarding a reservation for my daughter’s wedding gift. Cleanliness was evident, though I was surprised by the lack of a microwave. The lobby's overwhelming potpourri scent was off-putting, and the mouse incident was unsettling. A mixed bag, indeed.

Parking was a hassle with long waits to exit. The room was spacious and had a great view of the harbor.

Had a great Easter stay! The staff was super welcoming and attentive, especially Jocelyn at the Front Desk and Kevin in the Restaurant. The location near the Harbor was ideal, with easy access to taxis and the Train Station. The comfy beds and luxurious, spacious rooms were a delight, not to mention the excellent pillows that made for a restful night's sleep.
Some areas showed signs of neglect, with moldy vents in the pool area, peeling paint, and oddly set-up food service areas. The staff appeared disorganized and the room maintenance was lacking - experiencing a toilet that didn't flush correctly and an overwhelming smell echoed neglect throughout the establishment.

Ate fabulously at Explorers overlooking the Inner Harbor. Gorgeous meeting spaces. Room service quick. Loved exploring Historic Ships. Enjoyed a spacious queen room with a view. The staff were welcoming and accommodating.
Trash out in hallway, delightful for all passers-by.

During my recent stay at the Royal Sonesta Harbor Court in Baltimore, I was quite impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable beds. The location of the hotel was excellent, within walking distance of the convention center and other attractions. One aspect I particularly enjoyed was the pool and jacuzzi, which provided a great way to relax after a long day of exploring or attending events. The staff, particularly the doormen and parking staff, were exceptional and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. there were a few areas that could use improvement. the delayed check-in process was a bit frustrating, especially when we had plans to attend a baseball game. The explanation given for the delay in cleaning the rooms seemed a bit unclear and left us feeling a bit inconvenienced. the lack of pillows in the room was unexpected, especially for a deluxe queen room reserved for two people. It would have been helpful to have extra pillows available in the closet for guest use. The issue with the parking garage and the delayed receipt also added to the overall slightly disappointing experience. Despite these shortcomings, I found the room to be clean and well-appointed, with nice finishes. The hotel's location was convenient for the sites we wanted to visit, and the staff, though a bit overwhelmed at times, were friendly and tried to be helpful.

If you're looking for the best Baltimore hotel deals with stunning waterfront views, our recent stay at the luxurious Inner Harbor gem offered an elegant experience. We explored Baltimore's historic museums, including the National Aquarium, all within walking distance.
For dads, it would be great to have more family-friendly dining options.

The location was fantastic, with breathtaking harbor views available. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The spacious and clean room, along with access to pool and gym facilities, made our visit enjoyable.
Our check-in experience was less than satisfactory. After a long wait and miscommunication, we had to wait even longer for our room.

I chose Royal Sonesta due to its proximity to the Inner Harbor, wanting to explore the nearby attractions. To my surprise, the superb personal service and the in-house restaurants exceeded my expectations. Explorers provided a delightful dining experience with local flavors such as steamed blue crabs, while Formula Espressos offered a daily selection of breakfast items, pastries, and coffee.
Room was dirty with blood stains on bed linens and dirt piles on the nightstand. The tub had a dirty ring and our supposed "view" was just a parking garage.

i had a great stay at royal sonesta. the hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. the valet guys were awesome and very knowledgeable about the area. the location was great, and getting the harbor view was worth every penny. the room had an oversized shower and large separate tub, and the hotel had a lovely rooftop garden that gave us some respite.
All was good 😊

Central location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, efficient kitchen staff, convenient to downtown and Inner Harbor.
Felt totally relaxed, no complaint.
